Homemade pita chips are a far cry from your typical bagged pita chip snack – in a good way. Don't get me wrong, I do like some Stacy's from time to time, but nothing beats homemade.
This recipe has just the right amount of crunch to scoop up a tasty dip without feeling like you're going to break your teeth with each bite!
If you're wondering how to make pita chips in your air fryer, look no further and say hello to your new favorite at-home snack!
I love anything starchy that serves as a vehicle for anything dip-y. There, I said it. I am a snack queen, and will take any opportunity to indulge in something crunchy and salty, especially if it can hold a good scoop of somethin' somethin'.
For this recipe, my favorite dips are tzatziki, hummus, and melitzanosalata, which is a Greek eggplant dip.
