I love anything starchy that serves as a vehicle for anything dip-y. There, I said it. I am a snack queen, and will take any opportunity to indulge in something crunchy and salty, especially if it can hold a good scoop of somethin' somethin'.
For this recipe, my favorite dips are tzatziki, hummus, and melitzanosalata, which is a Greek eggplant dip.
