It is totally possible to eat healthy on the go, and simple smoothies are the perfect way to stay on top of your diet. The banana berry smoothie is one of my favorite recipes because it doesn't take too much creativity, and I almost always have all of the ingredients in my refrigerator.
When I am feeling rushed for time but don't want to stray from my healthy diet, I use a magic bullet (pictured right) for an easy single-serving breakfast that isn't going to leave me with any leftovers to clean up.
You can also have this in a bowl if you're the type to eat your smoothies with a spoon. Smoothie bowls are in!
This recipe's measurements are made for a single serving, blended in a magic bullet. If you are using a blender, just double each item.
